If you call the number on this site, we receive your phone number and the call is recorded for quality and dispatch purposes. If you use the estimate form, we receive what you type into it: your name, contact details and a description of the problem.
What We Do With It
We use it to quote and schedule septic work, and to follow up about that work. We do not sell it. Your information is shared with the licensed crew dispatched to your address, because they need it to find you and do the job.
How Long We Keep It
Call records and estimate requests are retained while they are useful for servicing your account and resolving disputes. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, call the number on this site and say so.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not run advertising trackers. Basic server logs record requests, which is standard for any hosted website.
